Hopefully,
if you use the Listingbook service, you have
noticed my ugly picture which keeps popping
up at the top of your screen along with mug
shots of other Preferred Service Providers.
So far there are two other home inspectors
and hopefully soon many more. This same
thing is also happening on your clients
screens. If you are a realtor, or if you
provide services for Realtors clients, and
don't know about Listingbook, you need to
check it out at www.listingbook.com.
A little later all of the Preferred
Providers will be available to your clients
in a list by type of service. For those of
you who use Listingbook,
the fine folks have asked that I pass on how
to select a Preferred Provider (like
ME). This
is my ninety third newsletter, and I don't believe
I have asked anyone for anything
in return. Today I am asking you for several
things:

Take a
little of your time to educate yourself
about this program. |
| Take
the time to recommend service providers
to Listingbook, even other home
inspectors (aren't I kind), in order to
assist in making this a worthwhile
program. Don't forget that by
participating you can get your service
for free. |
| Encourage the participation of
service providers you prefer. It costs a
little money and they may need to be
encouraged to get involved. |

And
last, but not least; consider
listing ME as one of your Preferred
Providers and also encourage your
company to select me as a company
Preferred Provider. Hopefully by now I
have earned your respect and confidence. |
How does
an agent add a Preferred Provider:
-
From
the Frontpage of your Listingbook
website click on "Address
Book".
-
Next,
scroll down to Service Providers and
click on "Add a Service
Provider".

When
the search page appears, enter the
name of the existing Service Provider
you wish to add (in my case "chris
hilton") and click on
"Search".
-
When
the listing appears, click on
"Add to my address book and
Provider Provider Guide".
This will
add the selected Provider to your Address
Book and will indicate them as one of your
Preferred Providers. Now wasn't that simple?

Didn't
find the person you are looking for?
Recommend them as a Preferred Provider by
following the instructions on your
Listingbook site by clicking on "My
Service Providers" on the left side of
your Frontpage.

options they must select themselves,
helps distance you from these
transactions and should improve your

15 or more subscribed preferred service

Provider (PPS) Resource Guide. Hey! I
will be glad to be one of the 15. How
can you beat that, and I am already
listed! |

note, that Listingbook will be awarding
$5,000.00, when the total reaches 500, to
the affiliate agent who recommends the
highest number of subscribing providers
in the most categories. Check out the official
