Administrator Pam Hilton

At 19 years old, after excelling at secretarial skills in high school as one of the fastest most accurate typist students in North Carolina, following a brief stint with another company, Pam joined the accounting department of commercial construction company Shelco, Inc. where Chris Hilton was an officer. Later she and Chris were married and started a construction company where Pam ran the office operations. In 1994 Pam struck out on her own as a residential realtor with Hubbard Realty later becoming Coldwell Banker, Triad Realtors. There she worked in their accounting and relocation departments ultimately become assistant of, and later a partner with, the companies top producing Realtor. Following 22 years with the company Pam left to join Mitchell Prime Properties in January of 2017 where she works now as a full time Realtor. In her spare time Pam functions as a mother of five, grandmother of eight and an administrator for our company working mostly assisting with bookings, payables and receivables. You will not find another administrator with more experience in the construction and real estate industry combined to assist you with your home inspection needs.
