Thanks so much for the newsletter, I enjoy it!! ... I must tell you that I am completely delighted when buyers decide to use you as a home inspector.  We have been very impressed by your professionalism and the courteous way that you answer buyers questions and involve them in the whole process.  THANK YOU!   All of our  buyers who have used you have been very pleased and we love the whole online request and paperless transaction option.
