Don't just take your Realtor's or my word for it!

Was there anything about my service that you did not like?

Many, many no's, none, ?, N/A, /, --, NO, no!
The cost was high, but information will save money in the long run.
I thought all of the liability waivers and forms were a little excessive (from an attorney, they only like waivers and forms when they are paid to author them not when they must read someone else's).
The letter to our builder, which created animosity, was probably the only thing we found unpleasant.
Did not stress on page 3/4 chimney cover & also, distance of copper piping needed from water heater.

Some negative verbal comments from all sides which you will enjoy:

(From an attorney as he signs the contract) I would never allow one of my clients to sign your contract, you aren't liable for anything. (Interpreted in common man's language: "I don't think I can find a way to sue you!")
God, I hope you aren't asked to inspect the house I am selling.
Please don't come to my house.
But, it was like that when I purchased this house.
I am an electrical engineer and did the wiring myself. What do you mean it isn't correct and hasn't been inspected?
Don't call him, he is too thorough.
No, not that one.
Are you sure you want him to do the inspection?
120 items, there can't possibly be 120 things wrong with this house.
You mean there is supposed to be a beam there?
Crack, that crack has been there forever.
The windows have always been wet on the inside in the winter time (from a representative of ventless gas heaters).
No, I wouldn't call him, his reports are too complicated.
